Wait Clock

Time your wait. Rate your visit. Under 30 seconds.

Free. No sign-up. Anonymous.

How it works

  1. Open the app and tap “I’m here.”
  2. Tap “They called me back” when you’re called.
  3. Tap one face to rate whether your time was respected.

Why patients use it

  • Real measured waits, not just opinions.
  • No account, no name, no email, no phone number.
  • Anonymous: ratings are tied to a scrambled device code, never to you.
  • Fair to offices: one rating per patient per office every 30 days, and early scores are balanced so one bad day cannot sink an office.

For offices

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.

Is it really anonymous?

Ratings are tied to a random code created on your phone, never your name. We store only a scrambled version of that code. See Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

Does Wait Clock give medical advice or ask about my health?

No. It never asks about your health, your diagnosis, or why you are visiting.

Why was my rating not counted?

Visits under 5 minutes are not sent. You can rate the same office once every 30 days. Ratings must be sent within 48 hours of the visit.

How do I report a clinician name or get help?

Tap “Report a name” or “Contact us” in the app, or email info@hccfirst.com.
