HCC FIRST

Employer-sponsored access

One of your people sent you this. HCC FIRST helps someone make sense of their own medical bills — and you never see their health information. Here is how sponsorship would work.

What an employee gets

Your employee uploads a medical bill or an insurance statement. We review it, check the bill against what their insurance says they owe, and tell them plainly what to pay — in language that isn't billing jargon.

Everything lives in their own private vault: the original documents, what we found, and what happened next. It is their account, opened by them, and it stays theirs whether or not you keep sponsoring it.

What sponsorship means

You cover the subscription for your people. That is the whole of it. Each employee still creates their own account, keeps their own login, and controls their own documents.

Because the account is theirs rather than yours, nothing about it changes if someone leaves. There is no data to hand back and nothing to transfer.

What you never get access to

Sponsoring an employee does not give you a window into their account. You do not get:

There is no employer dashboard, no per-employee report, and no aggregate view of what your people are dealing with. We have not built one, and this is not a case of it being switched off.

Where this actually stands

Being straight with you: this is a conversation, not a product you can buy from this page today. There is no self-serve enrollment, no eligibility file, no group admin console, and no signed employer agreement to review yet.

If sponsorship is something you would consider, get in touch and we'll work out what it needs to look like on your side — including whatever paperwork your organization requires before it could go ahead.
